Effective Communication

 

Even people like me have understood how communication should work: you speak when you have something important to say, and it must be heard. If somebody interrupts you it's to enrich what you're saying. If you keep speaking for too long without interruptions you might be wasting everyone's time with redundancies or obvious assertions. If you intend to interrupt somebody and she'd like to continue, it's because she still has something you should hear before interrupting her, interrupting in that case might also be a waste of everyone's time.


It is never about who is speaking, it is never about listening our annoying voices (no matter the gender), it's about the most effective communication possible and it requires intelligence not to interrupt or to keep talking in the sake of the best #communication possible.
