Companies use to categorize people by seniority, assuming people are not silly enough not to substantially improve over the years and young people would not be smart enough to have learned from theory and practices.

Money is only necessary because our governments have privatized the planet, so they force us to play the game of the economics, wanting or not, even before we have successfully found a business that gives value to the public and a good income to us, hence, the risk is not only something wealthy business women and men take with the capital they have created, but also lower economic classes that have less or nothing to risk but their lives.

 Other than that, I think the post above gives enough good perspective of how the smartest species is disorganized and still, achieving some results.
